VS Private Tours is Destination Management Company based in Oman. We provide a complete Travel Packages and Day Tours to our guests. Travel packages include meeting at the airport on arrival, return airport transfers, hotel accommodations, meals and all tours according to agreed program. In these regards, we have two cancellation policies in the company:

TRAVEL PACKAGES

35 days in advance cancallation - Non-refundable
36 days and more cancallation - 100% refund

DAY TOURS
72 hours in advance cancallation - Non-refundable
72 hrs - 7 days in advance - 50% refundable
8 - 14 days in advance - 100% refundable

The refund will be processed by VS Private Tours Accounts Department according to our Cancallation & Refund Policy and send to you within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
